Chris Wharton is the former Chief Executive Officer of Seven West Media WA. In 2011, as CEO of West Australian Newspapers (Holdings), Chris led the multi-billion acquisition of the Seven Media Group, forming Seven West Media.
He was made a Member of the Order of Australia (AM) in 2016 for services to the print and broadcast industries and for services to the community.
Chris is also the Chairman of ASX-listed Stealth Global Holdings Ltd, a director of both the West Coast Eagles and Perth Racing and recently retired from the Board of Gold Corporation after 14 years. He is a former Councillor and Vice President of the WA Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He is also a former member of the Committee for Perth and was a board member of the Telethon Trust from 2000-2017.
Dom is an experienced banking and finance lawyer having worked in Australia and internationally. Dom worked for Allen & Overy’s London banking and finance department and JP Morgan’s futures and options business. Dom started his legal career with national law firm Clayton Utz.
Dom is a director of Wright Legal, a specialist banking and finance law firm. He is experienced in complex transactions in project and acquisition finance, real estate development and investment finance.
Paul has established, grown and sold businesses across a number of industries, including labour hire and managed IT service provision. Paul has a focus on solving business problems in relation to strategy, marketing and sales and service delivery. He has also consulted to businesses in the consumer products, recruitment, financial services and offshoring industries.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Information Science).
Rob has worked across the law, investment banking and operational management for 20 years in Australia, Europe and the US. He is experienced in debt finance, corporate advice and the establishment and growth of operating companies.
Rob holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Commerce. He is a Fellow of FINSIA and holds a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment (FINSIA). He is a Responsible Manager of an Australian Financial Services Licensee. He also holds a Diploma of Financial Planning. Rob is admitted to legal practice in Western Australia.
Adrian served 13 years in the US Navy, which instilled discipline, adaptability and problem solving. Adrian subsequently undertook a Bachelor of Commerce at Murdoch University. Adrian’s practical approach to business reflects that diverse background. For the last 8 years, Adrian has focused on customer service and account management.
